Return Eligibility

 

We accept returns on hair care and skincare products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The seal has not been broken or tampered with

  • The item is not marked as final sale or part of a promotional bundle

Due to the personal nature of hair care and skincare products and health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

 
 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items not in their original condition or packaging

 
 

How to Initiate a Return

 

To begin a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 2-3 business days with next steps and a return authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 
 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.

 
 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right as quickly as possible. In these cases, we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

 
 

Exchanges

 

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
